Kristine’s path to real estate was paved on a foundation of business, interior design, and entrepreneurship. She holds degrees in both Business and Marketing from the University of Washington and Interior Design from California State University, Long Beach. She founded Dream On Interiors in the ’90s, created and led a luxury bedding brand, and was also one of the select interior designers for the multinational brand IKEA. Across these ventures, she cultivated expertise in functional design, space planning, and creating trend-setting collections and displays that inspired—and sold.
Today, Kristine blends that same creativity and strategy with decades of living and working in the South Bay, giving her an insider’s perspective on how each neighborhood’s character and micro-market truly influence value.

In 2007, she began her daily ritual of handwriting affirmations to align her creativity with clarity and vision, a disciplined practice that has since filled hundreds of journals. While her Alaskan roots remain strong and will always hold a piece of her heart, she never loses her awe for Southern California living, where you can ride a bike and walk on the beach even in winter.
